Complementing this is Runway 09/27, offering a grassed surface that adds flexibility and caters to different flying preferences.
Aquila Estate shares the CTAF 126.55 frequency with Maryborough and Hervey Bay airports, ensuring coordinated communication and safety. Pilots can easily access aerodrome information through the ERSA (YAQA), Country Airstrip Guide, as well as EFB's such as OzRunways, AvPlan, Garmin Pilot and Foreflight, making flight planning straight forward and efficient.
